Miranda Berkhof

Miranda Berkhof

At the core of Miranda Berkhof's work lies leadership transformation. Miranda is deeply committed to guiding leaders on their personal and professional journeys.

With over 17 years of experience in developing leaders and transforming organizations, she understands that true business transformation requires a personal transformation of leaders. She firmly believes that when leaders evolve, the entire business (eco)system follows suit.

Having started her career as a consultant in the field of transformation, followed by many years of firsthand experience as an executive in the corporate world, she understands the challenges and expectations it presents, along with the constant invitation (or demand) to ascend to the next level of leadership.

Miranda operates from a deeply rooted belief that unlocking the next level of leadership effectiveness and fulfilment requires embarking on a transformative inner journey. The essence of her work lies in conscious development, aiming to discover inner spaciousness and transcend beyond verbal expression through the exchange of energy.

Collaborating with leaders in prominent corporations such as DSM, ASML, Roland Berger, Solvay, Adyen, and Mendix, as well as with innovative scale-ups focused on sustainable solutions for food and energy, Miranda fosters self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and robust interpersonal skills. These attributes are recognized as the distinguishing factors that differentiate exceptional leaders and are crucial leadership skills for both present and future.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Miranda is an avid traveller and hiking enthusiast. She often invites her clients to join her on quests and trails, as she firmly believes in the power of embodied experiences to transform the mind, open the heart, and deepen presence.

Miranda holds a master’s in strategic management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MBA from INSEAD. She has a coaching degree from the MMS Coaching Institute and is a certified ICF coach, with expertise in system awareness consultancy and Leadership Circle Profile (Team) coaching.

As her next endeavour, Miranda is formalizing her belief in embodiment with a somatic coach certification from the Strozzi Institute, further expanding her understanding and practice in this transformative approach.

"My coaching programme with Andrew has been a rewarding and helpful experience… a journey actually. I have learned to value my achievements more and be more comfortable in my own skin. Something that I have never found at all easy. It’s made me more thoughtful in decision making and even more relaxed in making decisions. Not what I had expected. At this later stage of my career Andrew has facilitated a new point of view on “what next” and helped me look at this challenge with enthusiasm. We have crystallised some options. In my day-to-day business we had the opportunity to look at some specific challenges and consider the best way in which to deal with these, whilst keeping relationships alive and well. This proved very valuable, both personally and commercially. Finally, Andrew taught me to find personal space and switch off using some meditation techniques. As a person who never sits down this was a real personal benefit. It was all very enjoyable."
