Authentic Leadership TransformationNick is a writer, retreat facilitator, and organic farmer. His ‘Sound of the Genuine’ practice supports those seeking to reconnect with their self, body, mind, and soul, through the wisdom of the natural world. He promotes the principles of living respectfully and creatively with nature at a time of global transformation.
The sound of the genuine is for people who feel called to be changemakers and transformational leaders.
The sound of the genuine is our inner voice, the one true guide that can connect who we are, with what we do, in ways that are energising, and fulfilling, that unites us with the ultimate meaning and purpose of human existence. It is easily missed in a world full of urgency and distraction, but when we learn to hear it, our lives change forever.
Nick believes leaders who follow the sound of the genuine are trustworthy, creative, and joyful people - truly transformational! They have awakened to the gifts they bring to the world, aligning inner meaning with outer action, recognising that the sound of the genuine is something they share with everything that lives. As such, they are truly dynamic souls.
Nick has a professional a background in addictions counselling, criminal justice support and corporate and organisational development. He now uses these experiences to be a guide to those going through periods of significant personal transformation. His life’s work is rooted in his relationship with nature, its rhythms, seasons, and cycles. He lives off grid in a self-built home on his farm in Somerset with his wife of 36 years. He has two grown children and two granddaughters.

Miranda Berkhof
Embodied leadership · Congruence and connectionMiranda works at the intersection of organisational transformation, executive leadership, and embodied intelligence. With 20 years of experience, she brings both strategic depth and lived leadership experience.
Inner dimensions of leadership TransformationMiranda works at the intersection of organisational transformation, executive leadership, and embodied intelligence. With more than 20 years of experience spanning strategy consulting, executive leadership roles and facilitating development and change, she brings both strategic depth and lived leadership experience.
From her practice, Miranda has seen that most leaders have learned how to perform leadership. Few have learned how to fully embody it. They may know how to think strategically, drive results, and hold responsibility. Yet beneath that capability, there is often another unconscious pattern determining their impact.
Over time, leaders can become highly developed in the outer dimensions of leadership while losing connection and congruence with the deeper dimension of leadership: being. The Embodied Leader is an invitation to step into the threshold on Being.
Not by becoming someone else, but by returning to deeper congruence between what lives within and how you show up in the world. Between the unconscious and the conscious. Between what you think, what you feel, and how you lead, relate, decide, and influence.
Because leadership is felt through our presence, our nervous system, our energy, our pace, and the way we respond under pressure, uncertainty, complexity, and change. And that determines our impact.
Miranda has guided many leaders, team and organisations through moments that truly matter: scaling businesses, navigating complexity, leading cultural transformation, and steering organisations through growth and change.

Mac McKenzie
Systemic Change · The ‘Spiral Breakthrough’ modelMac is the CEO of the Bridge Institute, a charity which brings leaders of government, business, and civil society together to solve today’s most pressing challenges.
Social innovation Systemic solutionsMac is the CEO of the Bridge Institute, a charity which brings leaders of government, business, and civil society together to solve today’s most pressing challenges. The institute’s ‘Spiral Breakthrough’, is based on the principle that these challenges are systemic, which means no one entity can solve them on their own.
Mac believes the world’s biggest problems, be it climate change, inequality, loss of biodiversity, or conflict, are deeply systemic, which means no government, no business, no philanthropist, or foundation can solve on their own. We need to learn to work together, over the long-haul.
To build a better future for future generations, leaders of government, business, and civil society need to become systemic leaders, rising above the boundaries of organisation, country, and faith, and lead for the whole world. The case for this is compelling – organisations who transcend the boundaries of “inside our four walls” to all of society, will succeed ever more. We have reached a time in history when it is clear we need to lead in a different and more audacious way.
Mac graduated from Oxford University with a Masters in Engineering, Economics and Management, and has developed expertise in areas such as Systems Thinking, Vertical Development, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Myers Briggs, and Design Thinking.

Jennie McLaughlin
Identifying and amplifying purposeJennie is a global authority on purpose-led growth strategy, who helps both corporates and social entrepreneurs to create impact by bringing their purpose to life.
Purpose. Alignment Growth strategyJennie is a global authority on purpose-led growth strategy and execution and a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). She has worked with over 100 organisations including global multinationals, start-ups and large not-for-profits. Today, she helps both corporates and social entrepreneurs to become sustainably impactful through bringing their purpose to life.
Jennie believes that finding your purpose is not enough for leaders who suspect that the gap between who they intend to be and how they actually lead is costing them — and the people around them — more than they realise.
Purpose is not a destination. It is a practice — one that most leaders have barely begun, despite believing they have already arrived. In a world of relentless urgency, quarterly targets and AI-generated options, the temptation is to mistake articulation for activation, and a purpose statement for a purposeful life. But purpose without follow-through is just wallpaper. It looks good, it signals good intent — and then it fades into the background while the real work carries on unchanged.
Jennie’s practice brings evidence that leaders who have done this work lead differently. They make decisions with clarity rather than calculation. They know what to say yes to — and, equally, what to stop. They have the courage to make visible choices that demonstrate commitment rather than performing purpose for an audience. They are not running on fumes. They are purposefully navigating. And the organisations around them feel the difference — in engagement, in trust, in results, and in the quality of the future being built.
Prior to founding her own consulting social enterprise in 2021, Jennie was a partner at EY for five years, working as a strategic advisor to many boards and CEOs across Oceania, including BHP, Westpac, Telstra, Australian Payment Plus, HESTA, KiwiBank and YMCA. She holds a degree in Applied Mathematics. In her free time Jennie loves being in nature, listening to and creating music and enjoying the company of family and friends.
