MEET YOUR RETREAT TEAM
Andrew is the founder of transcend, he works globally with senior leaders to help them transcend
internal and external strategic challenges and deliver sustainable high performance. Previously a Senior
Fellow in Management Practice at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where he directed the Advanced
Management and Leadership Programme, coached numerous CEOs and senior teams, and led research into leadership
and transformation.
Sophie is a leadership consultant and retreat facilitator focused on helping people thrive in alignment with
themselves, their teams, and the natural world. She has worked with leading institutions including the UK
Parliament, Harvard, and top global firms, and is a Visiting Fellow at Oxford’s Skoll Centre. Her work blends
neuroscience, leadership, and ancient wisdom traditions to drive meaningful behavioural change.
Nick is a retreat facilitator, writer, and organic farmer with a background in counselling and organisational
development. His work is rooted in nature’s rhythms and supports individuals through deep personal
transformation. He guides others in reconnecting to self, body, and soul through practices grounded in the
wisdom of the natural world.
Jennie is a global expert in purpose-led strategies, she is also a Certified Customer Experience Professional
(CCXP). Formerly a partner at EY, she founded Purpose Led Transformation, a consultancy focused on helping
organisations achieve growth sustainably through purpose activation.
