As a Fellowship, we have a deep understanding of the transformational journey followed by each member, and we support each other through 1-2-1 and peer-to-peer coaching and mentoring.
Members include CEOs, government ministers, senior civil servants and senior leaders from large global companies. They are based in countries from around the world, represent diverse industries and governments, and are at various stages of the transformational journey. They focus on financial performance and 21st century challenges such as climate change, poverty, new technologies, products and services, and aim to successfully navigate through the multiple disruptions faced by the world today.
The Fellowship meets every two months, for 3 hours, via an online platform. At each meeting there is a deep dive into the challenges and opportunities that one or two members are facing, in the form of a ‘case study’, as well as a round-table discussion where each member updates the Fellowship on where they are on their transformational journey. Between meetings, all members receive 1-2-1 coaching that is focused on the more personal leadership challenges that they are facing. Occasionally, there is also a guest speaker, who presents and leads discussions on their thought leadership (i.e. book or article).
The Fellowship is chaired by Dr Andrew White. Andrew is a Senior Fellow of Management Practice at Said Business School, University of Oxford, where he leads the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme.
His research is focused on what it means to lead successfully in today’s world, given the opportunities and risks that leaders face. This research is demonstrated in articles that he has written in publications such as Harvard Business Review, and via his podcast series and official LinkedIn Newsletter, both entitled Leadership2050. He is an accredited Professional Executive Coach with the Association of Coaching and has trained as a Business Coach with Meyler Campbell, one of the world’s most prestigious executive coach training organisations. He is chairing this Fellowship in a private capacity.
